Proposed Residential Development at 232-236 Palatine Rd, Didsbury

In 2024, Marco Living undertook a public consultation and submitted a planning application for a new residential development at 232–236 Palatine Road, Didsbury. 

Since then, Marco Living has continued to work closely and positively with Manchester City Council to refine and enhance the scheme, and has made a number of significant changes to the proposals that were originally submitted for planning permission. These include a revised appearance, a reduction in built form, an increase in green space, and more family homes.

This webpage has been created to provide local residents with additional information about the project and inform them that a new planning application will soon be submitted to the Council. Once validated, full details of the proposed development will be available to view on the Council’s website.
